I did an in-place upgrade to Windows 10 from 7, and something happened to the Revit Server Network. I can open local model copies that I already have & sync them with no problem - but from the File Open dialog, the 'Revit Server Network' icon in 'Places' does not function. It doesn't come up empty, it just doesn't come up at all. What ever was shown before remains there, such as the contents of 'Documents'. Clicking the RSN gives the blue mouse pointer ring for a moment, but that's it. Also, the RSN is missing outright in the 'Look In' drop down of the file open dialog. Typically, the two ways to get there are from Places or Look In. So places doesn't work and it's missing from look in.
I've looked at other workstations that had the same upgrade done, and they're ok. So I'm kind of at a loss for what to do. I even did a complete uninstall / reinstall of 2018 to no effect. R2014 has the same problem, no RSN.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

The troubleshooting tips provided did not apply:
No Revit Servers Are Shown in the List
I cannot get to the list. The RSN.ini file is intact and populated, but clicking the 'Revit Server Network' icon in the Places area of the File Open dialog does nothing. It does not come up blank, it simply doesn't do anything. It's also missing completely from the Look-In drop down area of the File Open dialog.
Revit Application Workstation Cannot Connect to Revit Server
This offers server-side troubleshooting. There are other clients that do not have connectivity issues after the upgrade, only one that does. Even uninstalling Rvt2018 & reinstalling had no effect. Rvt2014 suffers the same symptom.
Cannot Connect to Revit Server Accelerator over a Virtual Private Network
VPN or an accelerator are not utilized. For fun, I tried setting the accelerator address to be the host address, which it does find and connect to in the accelerator dialog, but I still cannot browse the server. The Revit Server Network appears in the Places area, but it does not function.
Still trying...
Thanks!
