impossible to find the rhino native format into revit 2017 demo ?

Hello, please, i'd like to ask you where i could find the feature that will enable revit 2017 demo to import some rhino native format, as seen in some news and videos ...

also, i'd like to say that Revit is certainly the worst software i have ever seen. very badly conceived, totalitarian, it's impossible to make 98% of the architecture projects i worked on over the years. and it wants to impose itlsef ? we're forced to use it ? what a joke !

it's only good to do the sims house .... all that crap, controls never ending, and you can't properly do a model. it's like Learning a language with 40 000 irregular verbs .... lol

before forcing us architects to use revit, with a lot of lobbying, start to be humble and be at least able to make it possible to modelize simple stuffs. architecture isn't just basic walls, crappy doors and Windows, stairs ...

i was a BIM pionneer more than ten years ago, i love it. but the way it's done with Revit, my god ... how awful ! really not smart and really not simple.

so since i'm forced to use it, thanks to you, suffering to learn this .... stuff, i'd rather like to import some rhino elements into revit, to get plans out of it. because i looked everywhere, it's impossible to do the basic rhino things done in 2 min, into revit.

and the price .... !!!  my god .... you have no doubts, don't you ? it's Worth 200 bucks, max .... not 2100 euros a year !

To me it's all BS.  and i learned about 40 softwares. revit is an ufo .... not useable for real and Advanced projects.

architecture isn't supposed to submit itself to a software, it's the opposite ! unbelievable ...   how a soft dictates you what you're able to draw or not .... mind boggling.  don't tell me you can do cutom stuffs, it's false, it's fake custom, with a lot of hassle. that's the truth.

so now please radicaly change your soft.

lol I've got to give you bonus points for being so bold.  It's like you come to an Embassy to get a VISA and you make it loud and clear in the waiting lobby that this very nation is the nast!est one in the universe and who would have been so stup!d to come visit and so on and on... lol...

Of course you are entitled to your opinion to everything but at least keep it to yourself until you get the VISA stamped buddy.

ha ha, i know what you mean, and thanks for the answer but seriously, this soft is really awful .... they should have asked to me to do the conception.

so yes, i come into the "why not doing it complicate, poor and not working instead of simple, rich, open and efficient" embassy, to deliver my feedbacks.

don't be a closed bubble, Autodesk, especially if you try to force the whole field to use your soft.  now architecture wil have to be supremely ugly because of it ...

i've learned about 30 - 40 softwares, and several are complex, but this one, my god .............. complex for nothing, just good to do the sims housing.

there were other better ways to make a great bim soft, but you missed it.

anyway, here it is, it appears on your printscreen, i knew where to look, but it doesn't appear on mine. is it because it's the demo version ?

seriously, i'm suffering trying to learn this ... soft. i'm obliged to use it. and i can't find ways to make the model i'm supposed to do.

i'll perhaps rather import parts from rhino, and nevermind if it's not editable. revit doesn't provide me ways to make these parts, editable.

I don't know. It looks like your Revit is not updated to the latest SP. Try that.

well, i don't know how to update it. i took what was available on Autodesk, just a few days ago ...

The Help indicates that you need to be a subscriber or a student to have access to this feature, so I presume it was added with the 2017.1 update.  That will not be available on the trial version.
