Sounds like a challenge, but I'm wrapping it up for the Night. I'll come back in  7 hours and jump into the competition if it still ongoing,  Personally, I'm leaning towards the Bentley Azure.

...or are you talking Bentley View V8i? Smiley Wink

Thank you for the response!

the issue is,they want me to remodel the pipes in revit, I can. but they didnt even provide a single invert levels for those pipes and just asked me to base all the info, levels etc in the bentley model. I did saw the sizes and diameter etc.. but there's no invert levels. Im not a bentley user, so Im not sure if i just didnt saw the levels there? all the x y z are all 1.00 Smiley Sad  so im thinking to just link it atleast i will be able to see the level difference.. sigh*

Make sure that the model units in Bentley are the same as those in the Revit import settings. Double click middle mouse to "zoom all" (maybe Bentley model is far away from origin?). Check V/G overrides and phase filters.

Export DXF, open it in AutoCAD and see if you have any problems there. If there are no problems, import that DXF in Revit.....

Hi @Anonymous

Can you share a screencast of the steps you've tried so far?

Which versions of AutoCAD and Revit do you use?

Regards,

Hi @Anonymous

I'm sorry to hear that, can you try exporting the file as an IFC and let me know if it works?

Also, try this plugin (Software for Publishing i-models from Revit)

You are welcome to share a file with me to test further.

Regards,

hello,

I have found that if the DGN file includes references, it would not imported to the Revit.

I have merged the references to the maim file and got all the info into the Revit file.

I hope this can help.
