I'm trying to place images of lighting tags in a lighting schedule. At this point, I believe the best way to do this is to convert these tags to jpegs and place them that way. When I restore these images to their "original size" in the column they come in much bigger than the original image when I saved it at 300 dpi. Is this because revit considers the original size to be 72 dpi? Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated.

The image in a schedule depends on the the columns size they are placed in.
Some advice regarding schedule images. Make them all the same size. Keep them small.
When I have a lot of images I try to make them 300x300 with 72dpi

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
Thanks for the response. I guess my question is associated with the "original size" that you can specficy for images when the column width is driven by that. If an image is X pixels wide does this play out at 72 dpi or is there a way to adjust the default DPI for the original image size?

Mike
Forget about the DPI and pick the right dimensions for the images. Images in a schedule need not to be larger than 300 pixels x300 pixels.
Hi!
Is it possible to create a schedule or material takeoff that can show the material's render appearance when a new material is created or an existing material is edited? Additionally can this linked image be a parameter that is affiliated to a finish tag?
