Image inserted in title block view not visible

Using Revit 2018, I'm trying to insert a .png image of a company logo into a title block family.  Nothing appears except the warning, "None of the created elements are visible in Sheet:  -  View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings." I can't find any view parameters to check - nothing relevant appears in the visibility graphics dialog. In the title block view there's no lightbulb, workset, etc., to change either. I tried to save the .png file as a .jpg but got the same result. Why is the inserted image not showing?

Thanks,

Interesting. Temporary Hide Isolate?

No, the cyan border for temporary hide/isolate isn't active, so if I click on the sunglasses, the option to reset temporary hide/isolate is gray. I was able to solve it by creating a new generic annotation family, inserting the image file into that, and then loading that family into the title block. However, that still doesn't explain the unexpected behavior when editing the title block family itself.

It also turned out that even though it wasn't visible when inserted into the title block family, the image was there, and became visible when opening a sheet view in the project that contained that title block. However, I still had to remove it and resort to the annotation family as described above, because without being able to see it in the family editor, there was no way to place it or scale it exactly as needed in the title block.

Hello.

I had to solve the same problem as you. I solved it by entering the "Visibility / Graphic Overrides" menu for the respective sheet and there, in the "Imported Categories" tab I checked "Imports in Families".
A colleague of mine had unzipped everything so that he no longer saw accidentally imported .dwg files and didn't even realize he was hiding the pictures.

Same behavior if you restart your computer?
