IFC to RVT to IFC - Correct volumes - Revit

Hi,

I’m trying to model a section of a bridge, specifically the floor slab.

The slab follows a parabolic shape, which results in a complex curved geometry on both sides.

We received an IFC from the designers that I was able to split into separate parts (Photo 1).

This is the shape I need to reproduce.

However, the geometry and quantities in this IFC are excessive.

The model still contains beams and zones that should actually be cut out from the slab volume.

When I imported the IFC into Revit, I wasn’t able to modify the IFC elements or apply the required cut-outs.

A colleague with basic Blender knowledge was able to make these cuts very quickly (Photo 2), which saved us time—but the IFC exported from Blender now shows incorrect quantities.

Can anyone advise how I can achieve the desired result (Photo 2) directly in Revit, starting from the IFC geometry shown in (Photo 1)?

Generic model, Dynamo, Civil 3D, it doesn't matter to me...

How i achieve the result is irrelevant to me, as long as I can extract the correct quantities per element via IFC.

I am also adding a 3D DWG, as I am unable to upload the modified IFC from Blender.

1) The geometry I have now obtained with Blender by manipulating the IFC (Appendix 2) with Blender.

2) The IFC we have that must be followed in order to obtain Appendix 1.
