IFC files from Revit imported with different height in Solibri and Navisworks

Hi,

When I import my exported IFC-file into Solibri and Navisworks the placements are different. I'm trying to figure out what is happening, any insights would be appreciated.

Our company started working with a project using relative hight (project base point, survey point, internal origin all in the same place and first level at +0.0.) Now our contractor wants us to use absolute heights instead, and we have relocated our project by moving the survey point down to get the height showing correctly.

(example, not the actual project)

As other subcontractors has started working using our original IFC-export, i figured we could still do IFC-exports by using Project Base Point as project origin and our model would still be exported with Z=0

However when using this setting, when I check the location the placements differ depending on program. For Navis, the building now is above its original placement. In Solibri it ends up in the correct location.

How can we export our project and make sure it always sits in the correct position? I tried all different export options, as well as another ifc-exporter but the problem persists.

Our soulotion now is to make a second site wich still has the original survey point placement and use that when exporting to ifc, but its not the best solution as its easy to forget to change when doing the exports.

Any ideas about how to export the project disregarding the Z-height in PBP? We are using Revit 2020.2.
