Identifying the location of specific materials in the model 3D view

Hi, I am using Revit for the first time to export material information into One Click LCA to perform a Life Cycle Analysis. Right now, One Click is pulling the entire list of materials and identifying the ones it can map to its own database of materials. The ones it cannot identify are too generic. I can see the materials that are too generic and find them in the material browser, but because I did not make the model, I am not sure where/how these generic materials are meant to be used. Is there a way to find a searched material in the material browser in the model view so I can learn more about the intended purpose of these materials?

The default material for any geometry is BYCATEGORY, meaning it either uses  the Material indicated for the Category in Object Styles. If none is assigned to the Category, the geometry uses a "Default" Material.

Itemize the schedule (Sort/group tab), select a row and click Highlight in model button from the ribbon.

A couple of points: 1) The materials you see listed in the Material Library are just Materials that are available to the Project - not necessarily used in the Project.  2) There  is a "No Material" state. That is, the geometry will be represented with a color (gray) in Consistent Color, Shaded, Realistic Views , but have no specific Project Material assigned to it.
