icon in project Browser

In the project browser, some of my families have this icon adjacent to them (see attached). What does the represent?

At first i thought it was indicating adaptive components, but there some families that are adaptive but don't have an icon.

Any ideas?

In the Project Browser? I'm not aware of any icons anywhere in the Project Browser any deeper than the top-level items of the heirarchy (like the one next to "Families" in the picture below).

My guess is that it's coming from an add-on.

....or it could be a mapping issue.

...I think the icon means: "This family in the project also has a shared family associated to it."

you know what it might be? A font character. How does it read in the dialog box when you right-click on it and pick "Rename"?

See attached...

Seems to be a bit random. Doesn't always show.
