I just started exploring my Revit Trial and wanted to know if Revit can do something similar to the attached graphic--that is, let me add a fixed window that shows a 2x ICF Buck on either side of a window opening, as I can with AutoCAD Architecture. It's a wall opening modifier that our office really finds useful for when we design with ICF. I'd love to do the equivalent in Revit, but no idea where to start. I'd like to avoid having to place a "buck family" 2x symbol all over manually. We have one set up for typical doors and windows.
Thank you in advance,
Blake

This might not help everyone who struggles with this issue, but I have just found out that my phase filter was the culprit for windows not cutting through walls. In my project, new windows were created in the "new construction" phase and would not cut through "existing" walls on the elevation views. When I set my "phase filter" to "show New + Existing the issue got resolved.
There are no parts of the house that were demolished on the outside, therefore, this worked for me. I am interested in trying some other solutions mentioned above.
