Hello dear community.
As stated on the title, I would like to include the georeference in my model after finishing it.
What I would like is not to move the model to the point of origin when I change the coorditantes from 0,0 to the correct ones, but rather assign the origin point to the point I would like it to be in model with the correct coordinates (picture as reference)
is this possible?
Or I can just assing coordinates and always need to move the model to the correct point?
Thank you a lot
Best
Amy

Hello, there's no need to move the model. Instead, set the coordinates at the survey point by unpinning it and changing its clip state and 'unlock' it. This way, the coordinates will adjust to your model rather than moving the model to the coordinates. Hope that makes sense!

With all do respect, @vitorbortoncello, that workflow doesn't make any sense. First off, changing the Survey Marker's CLIP state from clipped to unclipped detaches the Survey Point Origin from the Marker so that when you move the SP Marker, the Origin does not move. It stays put. If the intention is to change the Survey ORIGIN -- for instance, maybe change it to Sea Level, you would move the CLIPPED Survey Marker away from the Model (typically down) in Elevation View.
However, that said. none of this moving about of the Survey Point Marker/Origin Geolocates the Model.
