I see but can't open models from Autodesk Docs

I have been added to a (Revit 2022) project in Autodesk Docs.  When I open Revit I can go to the project in Autodesk Docs and can browse to the models in it.  That's where I get stuck - the models are grayed out, and I can't do anything with them.

The project administrator has arranged for me to have the same permissions that another team member of I has - and he has never had this issue.  The project administrator has deleted and re-added me to the project, and I've restarted Revit and my computer multiple times.

Ideas for what I should try to fix this?
