Delete or Rename the existing {3D] View and create a New one. Do you see the Balusters in that View?
...Open the Family and check the Baluster geometry's Visibility Settings. Are any boxes unchecked?
Go through this list. Betcha one applies.

Are the railings and balusters round? If so there are no edges, only surfaces, which explains why they are not visible in wireframe. Same for Hidden Line mode. The geometry is white on, I'm guessing, a white background. So they are there, but a bit "camouflaged".
Yes the situation is as you described, but I have two projects, in both the balusters and handrails are round/circular. In the first one they are visible as normal, unlike you said in that project they do have outlining and they seem very much visible. I copied the object group to another project and I made some fine adjusting, after some time I realized that they had become invisible, first I thought it was a visual bug. Just as you said, they are white, on white background and that way ''invisible''. the invisibility remains in all views, including sheets,3D, freshly made views, section cuts, and on actual printed papers. I could just delete them and re-do them but it would take me few hours and I also want to learn why this is happening and how to avoid it
