Use the join tool to join the walls and the floor, change the join order so that the walls are cutting the floor.
Next, create model lines using the floor level as the reference plane, and using the pick lines option pick the intersection of the floor/wall. Now edit your floor outline and pick the model lines to create your new boundary.
Have a look at the attached project to see how I've done it.
Did you do the Wall by Mass Face. If so, you can get there - for the most part - using the same mass and Roof by Mass Face as the Floor. Still, it's going to be difficult. I remember having a similar challenge years ago.
Post your file.
...this is the toughest part as I remember:
Maybe yours isn't tough. Need to see file.
hi! why not try to close the mass to get the floors mass?
I made some modifications in spline to get a this but you can try to do it again

- Create a freeform mass
- Use Wall by Face to create walls from the mass surface
- Select the freefrom mass and create Mass Floors from Levels intersecting the mass
- Use Floor by Face to generate Floors from Mass Floors
- Join geometry Walls by Face and Floors by Faces
It's a pleasure my friend!

- Create thicker walls by face so that they encapsulate all floor edges
- Join geometry the thick walls with the floors, and set the join order so that the walls cut the floors
- Create a phase before Existing, set the thick walls to be created in that phase and demolished in Existing phase. This will make the walls disappear from your working views, while still cutting the new floors
- Create thinner walls by face in New phase
Create TWO different Walls by Mass Face - one Wall being thick enough to cut away all of the Floor extending beyond the first Wall. Floor joins to both Wall in different Join orders. Hide the thicker Wall in Views. It's just a Reference. Not any different than any other References we hide in Views.
