I need some help with ramp

I need some help with ramp.

I am trying to model a ramp with varying widths throughout the run. I have attached a lot of images as reference. The ramp needs to be 4'-8 1/2" in the run and 5'-0" in the landing. When I attempt to draw the boundary of the ramp to reflect this, I get an error message.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
