I have problems extracting Revit 2021 Families Content

I am a student and a few days ago I downloaded Revit 2021. I decided to also download Revit 2021 Content which included:

1. RVT2021_ENU_Imperial_FamTemplates_Templates

2. RVT2021_ENU_Imperial_Libraries
I got both of these in Autodesk's official website. However, whenever I try to extract the files, a message saying that the files could not be created always pops up. The pop-up window itself suggests I reboot my computer and try again. However, I've tried that several times and the outcome is still the same. I've also checked my storage but that is not an issue for me right now.

Any ideas of why this happens and how to fix it?

PS: I've attached screenshots of the error windows

This issue is covered in the list of important notes on the Autodesk Revit 2021 Content page, specifically:
During file extraction you may encounter a "Cannot create…" error message. This is due to Windows needing explicit Administrator permissions to overwrite an existing file contained within the C:\ProgramData location. If you encounter this message, it means that the files are already present and no further action is needed. If you would like to extract the entire package and overwrite the existing files, please run the executable using the "Run as Administrator" option.

Hi Leonardo,

The content should install automatically when you install the app. I assume that didn't work for you.

What's the file extension of these files? If they are the exe kind, I wonder if installing as an administrator would do the trick. Right-click on the file and select Run as Administrator. Also, make sure all the Autodesk products are closed.

I read 2021 has a different process for installing the content so perhaps this can help.

I had the same issue. How i was able to solve it was:

1. Download Files

2. Open the "Download" File Folder and right click on the file.

3. Select "Run as Administrator"

4. Select "OK"

5. Then extract the files.
