Yes you can...In principle you can use the content from any previous version.

However, you could also 

1. go to account management (log in to your account) >>>
2. Scroll down to Revit and View available Downloads >>
3. Go Updates & Add-ons Tab (See below Image)
4. and download the relevant language Contents for Revit 2023
