ive tried several things to make this cloud rendering work. i have revit 2019, i've tried turning off my firewall, antivirus, allowing ports 80 and 443 to work, moving revit add-ins to another location and reinstalling. nothing works. then, i noticed that when i try to send my images to the cloud there is no File Format option at all. how do i get it????????

That dialog box is correct, you don't get to specify a file type at that point. Render in the cloud needs to render the image first then you get the option to download the image and pick your file type.
