I couldn't upate the latest version of any Autodesk product.

Hello everyone,

This happened to me for a while but now i cant bear it anymore. I could not upate the newest version of any Autodesk product.

I have tried update by Autodeck Decktop App but Red notice told me " An unexpected error has occurred. Server is unable to process this request. Please try again later" as the attechment screen-captured. I also download the uppate version by Brower but it turned " Install Failed. The uptate could not install because the expected product could not be located on your computer".

I am running with my project but this problem is stop me down. Sr for my any mistake English.

I am very please if you guys can help

If is is the case maybe you need to tried download directly and then install.Go to Manage Products and then go to updates products https://manage.autodesk.comgffg.PNG

Sorry to hear that you are having issues.

 

Please try the steps below and let me know if it helps resolve your issue:

To troubleshoot the issue, do the following:

  1. Exit the Autodesk Desktop Application by right-clicking on the desktop application icon in the system tray, then selecting Exit.
  2. Stop the AdAppMgr service.
  3. Navigate to %programdata% > Autodesk (the ProgramData is a hidden folder).
  4. Delete the SDS folder located there.
  5. Restart the Autodesk Desktop Application.

If the issue persists do the following:

  1. Uninstall Autodesk Desktop App.
  2. Click Autodesk Desktop App to install the latest app.
