I Cannot View .rfa File in Online Viewer

Hi, My name is Jaret and I am trying to view an .rfa file in the online viewer. It says that is a supported file, but once i upload the file it tells me that it is unsupported. 

I am pretty new at using this so any help is appreciated. Here is a link to where i got the files from. https://www.bimobject.com/en-us/assa-abloy-entrance/product/versamax_sm

Our end goal is to have someone create a similar revit family for our products but i would like to understand this one before i try to find someone to make us one.

RFA is not supported on the Viewer, RVT files after 2015 are.

You will have to use the Revit Viewer to see RFA's.  You can get the Revit Viewer by installing the Revit Trial.

You can view RFA files using the free version of ARCHICAD  Just install the RFA/RVT converter plug-in.  Good luck-
