I can't rename views in project browser

I can't rename views in project browser

Up until Revit 2020 was easy, just clicked on the view and rename it directly or choosing rename

But now in Revit 2021 it is imposible. I don't have either options

Could someone explain to me what do I have to do?

Hi @Anonymous! Is this problem found on only one computer? I have not such problem. Try reinstalling Revit...

when you select the View, can you edit it in the Properties pallet under View Name ?

When I go to the rename option the view just keeps blue but I can't write anything.

I can duplicate, or whatever but no rename. Weird

ya, that's weird. like @PavelAnd said, it works fine for me too. cant think of anything that would prevent that function either.

Unistalled and then Reinstalled , but it is the same

can you upload your model so we can take a look at it? lets see if we have the same issue. could be a file issue, could be a PC issue.

Well , it is something weird. Never happened since Version 6

The only way of renaming any view is through Sheets

When I place an image in sheet I can rename it with (in) the viewport (title)

Well, I will be waiting if someone knows something new about it

Do you guys have RENAME in the Right-Click Menu?  Is this just about the single-left-click, direct Renaming not working?

Left click gives the option, gets blue, but I cannot change it

In anything that I open.

When I open a template is happening, or any project

Same everywhere no way to rename any view

Try starting a New Project with a different Template and see if you can rename in that one. Report back results.

Cursed cursor???  You mean like a witches' hex?   Try Norton's "Hex Removal" software.

Well I will have to live with renaming into the sheets situation

Does it work if you make sure the cursor is in the box?
