I can't load structural column in revit 2017.Revit and load column are the same version.One week ago,I can make load column in this way.Please,help me seniors.

Maybe you are loading an element that is not a Structural Columns, or the fact that you have the Standed Coluns selected.
Check correctly the category of the family you are trying to load, and I advise you to insert it through the process: Panel Insert -> Load Family - Look to the family you want on your folder.
