I can't get student cloud credit

Hello, 

I am using Revit 2018 student version. I can't get unlimited cloud credit. EVen I download it twice still showing zero credit. even I can't get 25 credits. 

 so how can I get this unlimited credit??

UNLIMITED Cloud Credits for 2018 Student Version? You sure about that?  Have you been over to the Educational Forum to verify this?

yes. unlimited cloud credit for students. I think it's free for all student version software.

yes.  because I install it this year.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you. Are you saying you installed 2018 of a 2018-2019-2020 collection that you have a current year license for?
