I am taking a course where we are using Revit 2024, and I need to use the architectural default template. Problem is, when I try to start a new project it isn't an option. Even when I use the browser, it is the only missing default template, and I can't even find a simple download when googling the problem. I downloaded the english imperial templates off the autodesk website and I still don't have it. I'll post a screenshot of what I'm seeing in the browser below.

It's right there in your screenshot. Default.rte. Rename it under Options in Project to "Architectural" if you want.
Thanks! I renamed it, but now I want to add it to the new project drop down menu, but the Templates folder won't appear in the RVT 2024 folder when I go through the process to add it. Have you ever heard of this problem before?
No, you rename it in the Project. Leave it "default.rte" in the Library Folder.
You can load the 2023 "default.rte" into 2024. Or the "default.rte" from any version you like.
