After a Revit component is deducted by other components, how can you view the deducted part of the component and obtain the deducted project quantity?
Your wording is hard to understand. Can you explain it in more precise Revit terms?
Can you explain in more detail please, with maybe an image of what you want.
Yah, I think I understand. You cut something with a void and you can't select/see the attached void. I hate that too. Use the Uncut Tool and select the Solid geometry that the Void geometry is cutting to detach the void (make it orange again).
BTW: Cut/Join Geometry REMOVES Volume, so I'm unclear what you want from the Void Cut. If you want to determine the Volume that is removed, then you need to compare Cut Condition with Uncut Condition, much the same way Revit computes Topo Cut/Fill from Graded Region Copies. Uncut condition is in one Phase and cut condition is in another Phase. They're 2 separate elements being compared.
For example, there is a wall here, which is sheared by the structural columns on both sides and by the doors and openings on the wall. How can I know the engineering volume of these sheared parts?
WinZIP? That dinosaur is still kicking? I thought it was extinct.
Compress your RVT using Windows -- if you have to compress it at all. Did you try attaching the RVT directly?
This is the attached project file for the test.
You know, without seeing your Model, I'm thinking that Parts and Parts Schedule might get you to where you want to go. I'm talking about breaking the Walls up into Parts via Create Parts. You follow my thinking?
I opened up your RVT and am looking at it now, trying to make sense of it all. The fact that everything is in Chinese isn't helping. What exactly are you trying to do? Schedule out how much Wall it cut by the Columns? If so, what's the construction sequencing. Wall already exist and Columns are new, that's why the Columns are "clipping" the Wall? If not, why doesn't the wall fit exactly the space in between the Columns? I need way more info here.
Thank you very much for viewing my project files. My main purpose is to calculate the wall engineering volume. When the length of the wall is between the two axes, it exceeds the range of the structural columns at both ends. Part of the wall is inserted into the structural columns, so this part will be deducted by the structural columns at both ends.
You need to learn about Project Phasing. That knowledge is critical here. There are plenty of tutorials and videos on-line that can assist you.
