I’m a newbie to starting Revit, i’m creating a family have an image and a title. For the title, i use Create > Label to set the parameter and place I want. But I cannot do that with the image. How can I set the parameter and place an image in the family?Pasted Graphic 1 copy.png

Hi,

You can add them by clicking on the dots on the right of prameter Value.

ralphdenhaan is right, but you can use image parameter type only for schedules, something like that. If you want to put in into family and then see it into project, you should use materials (check this topic)

I'll do it as follows:

  • create a Detail Item Family that contains a Inserted Bitmap
  • Export the previously created Family into DWG
  • create a new Detail Item and insert the DWG into it
  • load the new Family into Project

Thanks, I will research the "materials". But is it possible if I pass a path of the images from a project?
