How to use an image from Manage Images

I have created a Keyplan that I saved as an image.  The image is stored in the Manage Image dialog box.  But how do I use this image? I can't seem to find a way to save this image out of the project or even better to be able to place it in a Legend to create my Key plan.  Any suggestions?

How do other people create Key plans without have to "duplicate as dependent" 100 different times for every sheet?

Thanks in Advance

If you saved the image by using right click on a view and Save to project as Image, then the view is saved under Rendering Category.

Capture.PNG

Open that view, select the image, and CTRL+C to copyclip it.  Create a new Legend view and CTRL+V to pasteclip it.  Now you can use this Legend view on as many Sheets as you want.

Could you explain a little more? This is what I would like to do but I don't know how to get the image from the Image Manager to a Legend...
