How to use a collaborate option in Revit?

Hello people! I have a little problem with Revit, in my work, we have a network in the office and i'm trying to create a central model, the thing is that we don't have a dedicate pc (server), i use my computer, with a share folder to save the file.. so the question is.. Can i use my pc like a serve, still editing the model? because, i've readed that  i think it's impossible.. so what do you think?

It is possible....but it will slow down your computer depending on how many are working on the project and how often everyone saves.

Be sure you share the entire folder with Full Control and not just the central file.  Also create a local file...just because it is on your computer doesn't mean you can work in the central model.

Yes you can do it, you need to create a local red before and like a recommendation use an specific folder for shared documents, then  you need to use your real direction directory , because if you don't take care about this thing you can´t create a local file in a different computer that you create the central file.

For creation of local your right directory file is for example :
