How to turn this into an importable .PAT file?

Hello Everyone, 

I work at a firm that is using a pretty complex methodology for fire wall partitions. I understand that .pat files have to be coded to make a custom fill pattern that can be imported into Revit. I was wondering if it was possible to make this hatch in the image below into a custom .pat file? I am not sure how to do this or where to go with it so any help is appreciated.

You mean you want to use this as a pattern in Revit?  Try using PyRevit.
