How to to create the small building map overview that shows where the current view is in the building(level and hatch)

hello guys,

the need has arisen to create that small building "map" that shows where the current part of the building showing in the sheet is actually located inside the building.

The building being big and split up into several parts and levels of course.

something like this (del means "part") :

i tried googling for it but i don't even know the english word for it.

tried to "reverse engineer" one but time is short.

thanks!

It is called a Key Plan...and there a couple of ways to do it. If you google/bing or youtube the keyword you will find loads of entries starting from a generic annotation symbol ending with parameteric Lines and filled regions on the title block

Easy stuff
