how to set up view range? I can;t see plan at grounkd floor. I have attached photos of my drawing.

Reduce your bottom and view depth and you will see the Ground floor foundation walls.  The cut plane is where it slices through and shows "cut" lines the Bottom is where it will show "projection" lines.  View depth will show certain categories but not all.  Open up the <<Show preview button and it will give you a graphic to show you better what those do.  Or just google it. 😉

For a start, your level naming is confusing.  Do you model on ground floor or ground level? Rename one of them for clarity.
