Hello, i have problem. In my project i've many types of doors. For example external doors, internal doors, fire doors, etc.... moreover doors have different dimensions. If i would like to select only internal doors with dimensions 200x90 and materials wood how to do this quickly? I watched tutorials about using filters but usually these tutorials shows that you can change color of filtered objects etc but my problem is how to select them to change theirs parameters.
I see two methods in doing this:
For this you have to create a Door Schedule with (at least) the following Fields :
Then you can Sort and Group by Type Mark ( or Filter by Type Mark) in order to isolate only the desired Door Type.
This method needs a more detailed explanation , maybe a screencast....

the second method: By using Schedule:
In the following screencast you can see how you can control the door types and numbers on a single level building:

Are you talking about Rule-Based Filters and how to use them to apply Graphic Overrides in a View?
If so, where are you having trouble in the process?
...shortcuts are indeed more quick (In this case to Isolate Category) than going to ribbon or bars...
Perhaps ,could be sufficient to select a door instance is needed to know the number, and right click : Select all Instances in the Project . Wee will obtain quickly the number written under Type Selector from Property palette...
Anyway, I prefer Schedule because I'm able to control in any moment the project in all its aspects...and in addition can export this information into a text file to Excel or a text editor for non Revit users.

@constantin.stroescu your answer is very helpful. I was looking for a tool similar to the tool which presented at this video at 5:40 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcgDu_wGQNA&t=387s . This was very useful tool when i was working with archicad. But i'm afraid that Revit doesn't have that nice tool like that one.
View tab=> Filters. That's the interface I'm showing above in my screenshot.
Maybe i'm blind but how to select these elements after using filters?
I know how to change them colour but how to select them? For example to move them up or down or change them properties...
What do you what to do with them after you select them?
I think the OP wants something similar with Filter in Schedule.
In my opinion Schedules are one of the most powerful and useful tool of Revit thought as a BIM instrument. I've trained a lot of graduate architect students with knowledge in BIM programs , most of them working in Archicad, fewer in Revit. All of them manage quite good in modeling but almost none of them have any idea of using tools as Schedule or something similar.
Sad.
Because BIM means much more than just modeling.
