How to schedule net area of rooms, without showing rooms in schedule?

I need two tables, one that has all rooms listed and totals by levels.

But I also need another table which lists all net areas by levels, without showing anything for the rooms. I also have some rooms that get their area multiplied with a coefficient for net area (done with key schedule and calculated field).

See attached for what you want. Technically you do not actually need your Number and Name fields but I just hid them. I unhid the Level field and made it so it did not have a header or footer. Then set sorting to only be by level and turned off itemize every instance.

Remove room name and room number from schedule. Sort by level and uncheck itemize every instance.
