After I exported CAD file from a Revit file, I deleted all other files other than dwg files. But the stamps are still there when I open dwg files. There is a separate stamp file inserted into the Revit file(img). If I don't want the stamp on CAD files, what should I do? Thank you in advance.

What do you mean by "stamps"? Can you provide a screen capture?
Even if it was a JPG or some other image file, once in cad you can always remove that
Once in CAD, did you try editing the block to see if it was in there?
You could set up a Global Parameter that can act on the titleblock family to turn off the stamp (nested family) then turn off before exporting.
Fwiw, many firms do not put stamps in the model or on their sheet's titleblock either because it violates the agreement with registration boards regarding managing the stamp or because submission requires a "wet" stamp. Where it is acceptable to print a stamp many firms apply them with a 3rd party application to the resulting PDF documents (Bluebeam for example). This way the stamp is never in the CAD files or Revit model.
