How to "move" a data row once it is inserted?

Revit 2021:

I am creating a Space Program and I am inserting Data Rows one by one.  These are named "Rooms" on the Space Schedule and not on the floor plan yet, and right now are for programing stages.  The thing is, the rows when inserted, insert above the last one below and not below.  I can rename each of the new insertions to the new proposed room designations, but I cannot move them to the lower row position.

Have the following questions:

1. Once inserted "above" by default on the wrong position, how can I move the row below to the lower line? (i.e., how do I relocate it?).   I do not see a tool on the ribbon what will allow me to move it below to the lower position.

2. How can these "newly" inserted rows be positioned by default, when inserted, to the lower position rather than above?

Thanks in advance.

the order of the rows is made by Sorting/Grouping , so you have to do it by an existing or a custom parameter that  controls the order (alphanumeric)

Sort schedule by space number and renumber the spaces.
