how to publish a revit project

I have "published to cloud" a project.    I see it in the new AUTODESK CONSTRUCTION CLOUD page

How do I "publish latest".   Perhaps I've forgotten since last time, perhaps the interface is changed.

Several ways to do it directly in Revit:

> Collaborate > Manage Cloud Models > Highlight a Model > Publish Latest

> Home > Autodesk Docs > Click the ... far right of any model > Publish Latest

seems you have to save/sync with central and close the file to publish, not just save/sync
