How to not get Insulation to the family, when a family is added to pipe with Insulation?

Hello All,

I have a pipe accessories family when I place that family on any insulated pipe, then the accessories family is also getting the insulation.

Is there any way, where we can get to place that family without insulation for an insulated pipe?

Literally, this is happening only for few families, other families are working fine.

just edit the family
make a variable visibility of it
