How to move the dimension text box?

I want to properly know how to move the dimension text so both dimensions are equal.

I don't understand what you mean.  Also, what is there to field verify?  Seems to me there's no ambiguity. They're equal.  Not maybe equal depending on how sober the contractor is.  😉

Got it resolved, I had to make another dimension and place it on top-of-the-line wights so it won't look like it is being duplicated. I assume that is something that will need to be revised or some, not sure about it but they will go ahead and verify. But I gotcha!

Consider using industry standard abbreviations for annotations in tight spaces, i.e. FIELD VERIFY = V.I.F.
