How to modify 3d door's plan view representation

Hi, I downloaded this door revit model from online, 

I couldn't figure out how to hide those wall cut lines as highlighted.

Is there a way to modify the door family to change the representation? Or if that's too complicated, what would you guys do other than putting a mask just for the presentation purpose?

Is the door placed higher than the base of the wall?  If so, those are he line of the wall below.  Or lines in the door family itself.  Just share the file here for quick and precise answers.

Open the Family, go to Plan View, turn Preview Visibility and hide or delete that line work. Might be coming from a Masking Region. If so, edit MR and change the boundary linetypes to "invisible".
