I would use solid sweep along a path.

If you either follow the tutorial above or just google "Revit solid sweep tutorial" you should be able to work it out.

i don't have your dimensions, but this is normal way to make your model because you have a groove in your model,with out groove you should use Swept Blend.

It's a simple extrusion with two loops.

but it has angled cut.so i use the Sweep,if i use the normal Extrusion then i must use the Sweep Void on it to make the angled cut on it.
