Is there a way to merge the rows in the schedule when there are 2 kinds of finishes in one room, like the F107 office in the schedule which is the attached image?
If row merging is not possible, how should it be expressed?

Do you have any tips for expressing in a schedule in this case?

If that is a Room Schedule, you could sort it using Room number and uncheck Itemize every instance, it would merge the row BUT

  • The data under Floor Base, Floor Finish and Thickness will either be Empty or status <Varies>
  • Revit will not combine 2 Different parameters/string into one where you will have something like THK 35 Mortar / THK 145 Panel Heating

To Do that you would need to have the combined values THK 35 Mortar+ THK 145 Panel Heating in one parameter in the Rooms' Key Schedule

Thank you for answer.
So, how can I combine the THK 35 mortar + THK 145 panel heating values in one parameter in the main schedule of the room?
In addition,
What if a room has more than one finish?

As mentioned in the previous reply...these are text parameters (input by user OR by Key Schedule)...Create a room finish Key schedule and input them combined

In 2022 version you can use shared parameter
