How to make this custom material tag?

Good morning people.
I've been trying for a while to reproduce this kind of tag for project materials, but to no avail!

would anyone know how to reproduce this type of tag so that it would work automatically for materials?

You can do something similar by adding some shared parameter to the family/category which the tag can read. For the part related to the Thickness of the material or layer, this you either have to live with as text which you input OR use dynamo to extract the information from the model and write it back to the shared parameter automatically

You can use Dynamo to collect individual materials in the assembly and write them to shared parameters, then use those parameters to create label in the tag family.
