How to make adjustable conveyor

Can someone explain how to make conveyor in revit like the one shown in attachments but with one more horizontal part at the end of elevation and adjustable by the Length 1,2,3 and elevation angle (i attached a scheme of such conveyor). I haven't found any similar instructions on the internet.

There are several ways to built this. Easiest would be to built with family. See attached

Thanks for spending your time trying to help me. I really appreciate this. At first i couldn't adjust conveyor by the angle so i had to delete "Conveyor depth" mark at the elevated part to make it work. I tried to figure out how you made this and i kind of grasp it but whenever i'm trying to make it on my own it doesn't work. I saw you have youtube channel is there any chance you have some similar video that might help me? Or maybe you can suggest some other channel or some playlists. Or maybe i'm extremely uncomfortable asking but that would be very generous of you if you could make some video tutorial cause i think it might be useful for other beginners as well. I appreciate your time. Thank you anyway.

The angle is in the instance parameter and it is controlling the height.

As for the family how it was built, it is based on the simple diagram you've provided. The Height is determined by angle and length given and using tangent formula to drive the height parameter.

The rest I built with sweep profile and extrusion.

If you want to determine the height, then you have to remove the angle and the formula. This will allows you to adjust the height manually. See attached.

As well the conveyor family is too advance for beginner user. If you want something simple, I would suggest using floor slab method.

1. Sketch the length of the conveyor

2. Add split lines

3. Draw the split line

4. Adjust the height of the line

5. Use profile family and set as railing

6. Draw your profile and load into the project

7. Duplicate the railing type and click on rail structure

8. select the profile you've created and set the height to -8" (thickness of slab). Make sure the baluster placement is set to none.

9. Select the railing and pick a host and choose the floor slab. The railing will conform to the floor slab.

See attached for example

Model it as a roof by extrusion and the edges as roof fascia with the same profile.  Takes less than 2 minutes.

Thank you so much, i spent 4 hours today but finally made it. I struggled a bit with rounding radius of the conveyor belt. So i had to make it a bit complicated than you did. It looks kind of broken on the ref. level (see attached photo). But it seems working. I attached my file maybe you will be able to take a look at it and point out some mistakes. Thank you again.

That would be simple but i needed it to be adjustable by length of conveyor parts and elevation angle.

You can.  By constraining the roof profile sketch to reference planes in the project.  Change dimensions between / to the ref planes and the roof and fascia will follow.  But whatever floats your boat.

Okay, thank you. I'll try this method as well if i understand you right. I just use Revit in other language so i'm not that familiar with english terminology in it.

Oh, thank you so much. I'll try this method tomorrow because the one i built with previous instructions looks broken on the reference level whenever i change the elevation angle (You can see what it looks like on my post from ‎08-21-2023 09:47 AM there is a file attached as well). Maybe you know what's wrong with it? Here is an example with just a straight conveyor put on the plane. So i change the angle of the planes to make it inclined. When angle is 0° it looks fine (Figure 1). When i change the angle it looks cropped(Figure 2).
