How to make a specific room and area visible in schedule?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a schedule for a realtively big project with Departments and theirs Areas, not showing all the Rooms Names.

Within this schedule I want to also show the area of the Loggia on its own, the problem is that it is classified under Department as "Living Space" so it will automatically dissapear if I sort the Schedule by Department...

Is there any solution to this, besides assigning the Loggia to another Department?

I am not sure I understand, you want to show all the room names, but you also just want to show one room name on its own??

I may need more info, but to start I will direct you to checking the way you are sorting the schedule, make sure "Itemize every instance" is checked and clear your filters. How are you sorting your schedule?

HEY thanks for the quick reply!!!

So... I sorted them by Department without itemizing every instance  and with this setting I wante to also show one single room from this department.... but i figured it is imposible so I assigned a different department to that room I wanted to show on its own.

Its all fine now 🙂

Did you conisder adding a custom paramter (or evening just using say the Comments parameter) and then adding a Filter in you Shcedule to display /=hide certain rooms as required?

Kind regards,
