You go on YouTube and you search for "Revit Random facade" or "Revit Random perforated elevation" and you literally find 10s if not 100s of  hits on several ways and techniques showing in detail how to model  such things in Revit

Create a 10-story tall (or whatever) mullion-less curtain wall that is vertically and horizontally divided into 2'-0" square grids (or whatever) of Solid System Panels - and then go to Elevation View and start "designing" where you want the Empty System Panels to occur.  That is, select and replace Solid System Panels with Empty System Panels. 

 

That's one way to realize your dream. :zwinkerndes_Gesicht:
