how to make a blend with curve edge

hello,

I am now making a family of blending with curve edge, please advice how to make it and is there any tutorial link for such ? (attached picture is done by me with ARCHICAD, but now i am trying RVT)

Sweep around a box by picking the edges of the box, using a profile be with a curve, then join the sweep with the box.
