How to join/ edit roofs

If there is any way to join these or edit them to be one roof I would greatly appreciate it.

You could use a Mass to create the overall shape, then use Roof by Face.

Trying to get a single roof from a single sketch will be difficult or not possible.

Not sure why you need all the roofs to be joined in a single roof?

Look into Roof by Extrusion.

Except the building has two wings that are at angles to each other, so extruding would not accomplish what the OP wants.
