Why hiding your username? Instead inform people what they are (not) allowed to do.

You could simply delete the journal files, if needed by ussing batch script

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

They see your username anyway from editing requests, or if they open WSM.

I'm really not sure what you are trying to achieve.  Are you creating a ghost user to check out worksets, so that other users don't inadvertently move or delete them?  As L.Maas suggests, inform your colleagues of this.  They would be malicious if they then changed their own user name to then change the workset after you informed them of the reason.

You are worried about showing your user name because you are worried it gets exploited???

You are working in a team environment where you guys should collaborate and cooperate not sabotage one another lol!!! if you can't trust your team are professional enough to do as recommended you have 2 option:

1. quit because you shouldn't be working with them

2. fire them if you are the boss

Who are "someone"?  Do you own the model to your yourself or do you work in a team?  By the way, if your username is any remotely like your forum username then that "someone" probably wouldn't bother.

Also, it is utterly simple to remove workset ownership from anyone without even knowing who they are.
