Hello,
I'm looking to create a sheet list schedule that automatically inputs the revision schedule data per issuance. Is this possible?
Thanks!

Revit sheet list only shows Current Revision. If you use pyRevit add-in, you can generate a master Revision Report and save it to HTML or print to PDF.
Thanks, but I am looking to get the revision information in the sheet list schedule in Revit. Is there a way for a schedule field to read if a specific sheet was issued under a revision?

Yes. You can use a Filter.
Thanks but I'm not sure I am following.. The field 'Current revision' - where does it draw information from?
For example this is my schedule, right now these check boxes require a user to manually check them per revision. How can I make these into smart boxes that read the revisions instead of having to manually input a check mark?

From Sheet Issues/Revisions list. You select one for the filter and the sheet list only shows sheets under that Revision.

No automatic way. If you have a lot of sheets, you could add Current Revision field to your schedule, sort by it + Unitemize, so that every sheet under one a Revision will become one row and you can tick just one box for each revission. I recommend to duplicate your sheet list to do this so that your original sheet list needs not to change back and fourth.
