How do I get my Rvt file and turn it into a Rfa file??
Components Model in Place can be turn into .rfa by grouping and Saving As ,while in Edit Mode.
Your files contains System Families and other different entities but I didn't see any Components Model in Place.
Depends on what is your final purpose, but you can Link your file into another new or existing file , and then, if you want, to Bind the linked into that file as a group or more than that , explode the group into its components..
I see no way to turn all your model into simple a .rfa...

Hello,
Sorry, but there is no way to convert an rvt file to an rfa file.
Because the used system families such as walls or floors are only possible in rvt project files.
For the multiple use of your "mini-gardens" create a Assembly (not a group !!!!) for each of them. Now you can copy it into a new project easily.
Workaround (with out using of System Families!!):
in your rvt create a "Model in Place", put all the tries and bushes for your Mini Garden in it, create the walls and floors by using extrusions. Don't close (finish) this model! Mark all items and copy and paste it into a new family (rfa).
Kind regards, Bernhard

Why? So you can use it in other Projects? What about Linking? Maybe after that: Binding and Ungrouping? Bada Bing! It's inserted into another Project.
